Retrosaria Rosa Pomar: Vovó

Vovó (Portuguese for Grandma) is a versatile and hard wearing non-superwash yarn made entirely from fine Portuguese wool, mainly from Campaniça sheep. It is a great choice for sweaters and cardigans intended for daily wear.

Vovó is made from the wool of free range sheep. Mulesing is not practised in Portugal.

Grown, scoured, milled and dyed in Portugal.

Shades 01, 20, 40, 60 and 80 are not dyed. Vovó is non-superwash and not bleached.
